GIRLS CO-OP National Gymnastics Training center was founded in 1997 and began with 24 Competitive Team Children. The organization was founded to give average kids above average opportunities through the sport of gymnastics

In 1999, GIRLS CO-Op trained its first State All Around Champion and in 2000 its first TOPs National Team Member. Since this time GIRLS CO-OP has  maintained this level of excellence and has continued to train State, Regional and National Champions. CO-OP has placed athletes on TOPs National Team every year since 2000 and has trained at least one State All Around Champion every year.

Today GIRLS CO-OP trains athletes from the youngest Developmental stage - International Elite. Along with an emphasis on individual excellence GIRLS CO-OP instills 5 Unifying Principles into each and every athlete. Respect, Communication, Teamwork, Trustworthiness and Belief. In 2007 / 2008 , GIRLS CO-OP celebrates 10 years of its commitment to individual excellence.
